Excellent book written by John Ross almost 15 years ago. At the time it was history that just hadn't happened yet. The underhanded and despicable actions of the 219 scum plus the 60 scum and the scum in chief may be the catalyst to convert it from predicted history to actual history. Couldn't happen to a more deserving group.
