Is there any Companys That you can Lease a Truck on to and Them Help You Find a Driver or Them Put a Driver In the Truck ?

As a fleet owner it is (generally) your responsibility to run ads, interview, and do the basic ground work on hiring YOUR drivers. Most of the carrier companies do keep lists of potential applicants and will assist you with the process.
At our company, we do assist the fleet owners. Should we hire a driver for a fleet owner and the driver does not stay for at least 90 then we do charge a reasonable fee for the next driver's orientation. I could see other carrier companies doing the same.
There are free message boards on many trucking websites that are decent sources for drivers. ExpeditersOnLine is the site of choice.
