I've been with Tri-State for five years. Until last year they were a really good company to work for. This year freight is very slow and Tri-State is hiring new drivers at an alarming rate. Many people are staying for a few months then quitting.
I've been looking into moving to an other company but most companies aren't doing good now and the few that are,aren't hiring.
If you aren't in the expediting business yet, my advice to you is to stay away until the economy is going strong again.
