Staying conservative, apparently. This last minute find by their vote auditing process sounds like something out of the movies, and the liberals are squealing like pigs, especially since Kloppenburg had already given a victory speech! Of course if this result stands, it would be pretty much like the polls predicted with Judge Prosser prevailing. This is especially gratifying since it all but guarantees the implementation of Gov. Scott Walker's budget reform legislation and slaps the unions with another defeat.

"Waukesha County Clerk Kathy Nickolaus said Thursday that she failed to save on her computer and then report 14,315 votes in the city of Brookfield, omitting them entirely in an unofficial total she released after Tuesday's election. With other smaller errors in Waukesha County, Prosser gained 7,582 votes over his challenger, JoAnne Kloppenburg, leaving the sitting justice significantly ahead for now amid ongoing official counting."
