If you live in Tennessee and start out from Nashville, a 400 mile radius will be more then enough to see all you want to see in a 10 year span. You can reach the Gulf of Mexico , Pensacola fl. and it may take a wood to reach Charleston, SC. so to speak.
My old Dodge can do 500 miles and then it starts sucking air , but the 5 gallon can of gas on the back usually gets me another 75 miles if need be.( I don't rec-commend running out of fuel, can create fuel-pump issues.)
What am I gonna take: one bed(still in there from expediting days, Coleman stove, one Honda generator 2000 watts, one stand alone air-conditioner on wheels ,one 9" diameter fan, 2, 25ft electrical cords, one microwave, camping chair,small folding table, sunscreen(lol), no women,,repeat, no women, way to complicated and you gotta feed'em.lol. If you gotta feed it, you don't need it. and that's a fact Jack. PS- don't believe everything I tell ya, but most of it is true.. one of my X's may want to go...she can cook and sew and do laundry on the side for her keep...

The military way, 3 shorts,3 shirts,3 socks,3 pants,shoes 2pr, ball-cap,sunglasses, soap and water optional...o ya, Get a boot-camp haircut so I don't have to fool with hair and such, 1 gps,gotta have one toy, make that 3 toys, laptop and cellphone. Did I mention bathing suit , and one revolver for varmints...
Plan B: There is no plan B,or C, or D, and so on.....
