Yesterday I purchased and downloaded their IFTA software, read the instructions but thought I would call support on a couple of questions before using it. Spoke with Don (I think) who does most of the tech support and web design. First off, before we started he emailed me a newer version they just finished with. He's not only very knowledgeable about the program but very helpful as well and walked me though the entire process, start to finish and even went so far as to open up a WA state form so he could see what I was while I transferred the data from the DB form to the states paper version. Program itself seems easy enough once you see what data needs to go where and with the saved copy of from this quarter next time around should be easy. Highly recommended and it only costs $59
