Some rights are righter than others

Texas abortion law is ruled as infringement

Not going to type it in, but a judge in Austin ruled that a new law mandating that 1/2 of all victims of prenatal infanticide (the half that walks away afterward) views a sonogram. There was a provision in it nullifying that mandate if she was a victim of rape or incest.

Well, for her to sign that declaration that would opt out for that reason would cause her to automatically disclose that that was the case. Ok, I understand the objection.

But it's really how the article is presented. It says "infringement."

First, despite the fact that the country criminalized prenatal infanticide, there is no right to it to be infringed.

Second, what right is enumerated in the Bill of Rights that the gummint is specifically forbidden to infringe on? I mean, it says that specifically!

So we have a crime that is called a right that a judge says can't be infringed upon, yet the right that is specifically said to be un-infringeable is violated numerous times and ways every day.

Some "rights" are righter than others.
