How is it that huge oil companies can merge and the deal goes right through, Rupert Murdoch can totally hijack the entire news business, airlines can merge almost at will, and 2 fledgling satellite providers who basically need each other to survive long term are still having to face congressional hearings 6 months after they announce their intent to be able to provide a respectable service??
