Was wondering if any of the team drivers on here start, end or do a complete restart while there co driver does all the driving?

It could be done in theory but the demands of the freight generally keep that from happening. The whole idea behind team loads is to keep the truck moving over long distances. To do that, co-drivers drive and sleep in 10-11 hour shifts.

It could be done during a weekend layover, but the result would be that one driver would be reset and the other driver may not be left with enough log book hours to do a long load in the following week.
