As it is with many things about Barack Hussein Obama, his tax plan is not exactly what it appears to be:

Although most of us pay taxes in quarterly estimates, you might want to check your W-4 withholding rates if you happen to be a wage slave. It will be interesting to see where BHO's popularity and approval ratings stand on April 15, 2010 (assuming they're still positive at that point) when millions of Americans get the unpleasant surprise of having to send Uncle Sam a check instead of getting one from him - especially after B. Hussein Obama has told them that 95% of Americans are getting tax breaks.
