Non-Trucking Liability

I understand not many are using this forum any longer. Too bad really because years ago there was lots of good advice from this site. So I'll ask this question of the few who are still using this forum...

Does anyone have Non-Trucking Liability insurance on their Sprinter van? If yes, who is your carrier?

My 1st thought is, doesn’t everyone? When I drove Sprinter for Load 1 that was included with their coverage.

Therein lies the difference. The company I'm driving for does cover the cargo insurance which accounts for about 90 to 95% of my annual mileage. I deliver medical lasers that are inside a crate. Nine out of every 10 empty crates I bring back to their warehouse. So I'm covered for the round trip.
