New surcharge

I'm thinking there should be a union shop surcharge automatically added on if you have to either pick up or deliver at one of them. I've been doing short runs today and I've had the good fortune to deliver to two union shops in one day. I'm sitting here backed up to a ramp with nothing but a 95 pound skid to deliver and I'm looking at employees standing around not 15 feet away eating, drinking, smoking, and socializing...and completely ignoring me. Only 30 more minutes until lunch is over. I love union shops.

Unions definitely make for an unappealing place to pick up or deliver. Sadly, they are ruining the business at the same time. I certainly agree additional pay should be given to anyone willing to deal with union bums.
