I am thinking about going to work for Conway, can anyone tell me
about their experience with Conway. How many miles can a team really get in a week? What is the usual lenght of a haul? Do you have to pull in at weight stations with a 24 ft. truck? My wife and I are new at this and trying to get some truthfull answers, thank you very much.

I asked the same question here and got no responce except e-mail from another rookie thinking about signing on with Con- Way Now. I do know they never returned my phone calls during business hours here (out West). I looked up all of their other companies and parent company stock is real hot even with todays crappy market. I have tractors so I was glad they didn't answer my questions because the loads are here for me hauling flatbed loads....or at least for now they are.
I checked out a Con- Way office while I was loading across the street in Texas. Even though they are seperate from each other ( CWN & CWSX) they were looking for company short haul line drivers. Pay was ok I guess and home every night.
