My money for miles???

First time when I got screw I deliver a load receiving they sign I sent those to mail( like normal ) and I don't see my money In the bank .i was in 2weeks notice of separation I make 3 more loads after this one buti need to sue them on small claims?
Any suggestion to see my money faster?

What does your contract say about payment? How long have they been in business? Has this happened to other drivers?

Contact says every 2 weeks is the paid day.
I'm in buss from 2 years , I'm not the first 0/o with this problem is pass due 32. Days from my last day ,I call him and never answer or return my phone calls . Thank you

If you're not the only one you may not ever see your money since they are clearly having money issues. Are you sure they are still in business?

Yes, last night I meet one of his drivers on the Penske yellow box truck and he give the notice too , still same problems is not paying ... What is the fast resolution for this? Court. Small cleams ?

I would stop by the office first to see if they will cut a check then, check for a bond, and then go to small claims.
