While label-reading in the drug store yesterday, we discovered something great for us low carb seekers - something better than drinking water all the time. Arizona Tea (Diet, that is) is made with Splenda, and it actualy tastes very good! We found it so far, only in Osco drug stores, not in the major supermarkets (maybe because theres is only so much shelf space, and ususally diet drinks don't sell that well). Check it out. We found Peach, Raspberry, and Lemon teas.

If your looking for a sweetened drink (uses artifical sweetner and not sugar) check out your local grocery store for CRYSTAL LIGHT, it is in powdered form. We drink the tea and lemonade; however there are other selections. So far it has sevred it's purpose and still taste good. Also there are no measuring hassels with it, as there are 4 or five small packets within the can. One packet makes one quart.
