This is normally the busiest time of the year... if your carrier can't keep you running now thru December, they sure can't keep you running the rest of the year.

I run for a small company to IL, MI, OH; mainly auto parts in one form or another. I usually make 3 runs a week, but since Sept I have been making 2 to 3 runs a day 5 days a week. This is the busiest I have been since starting with my own truck in 01/2002. The companies that the other drivers drive for have more business than mine. But if you are that slow, I would suggest talking with other drivers and find a better company.

I am running 2 runs a day averaging about 200 to to say,280 and I usually get a bigger run on fridays. I am very busy. Just bought the van 6 weeks ago and already passing 14,500 miles on it. ;)
