My wife and I have been in and out of trucking for about ten years. Right now we are out but our intention is to get back on the road and eventually get our own authority. We are not sure yet if we want to be in expediting or OTR (we have done both). I would like to know some good sources on information that I will need to know (regarding getting our own authority)...books on the subject would be great...rather than having to ask a thousand different questions to as many people. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
