It's rather complicated when things like split sleeper etc. are thrown in however the simple answer to your question is no. You may drive a maximum of 11 hours within 14 hours of going on duty. Once your maximum hours have been reached you must have a 10 hour break to reset them. Split sleeper etc. comes into play to complicate things but that's the basic hours.
