Heath Insurance

Well, I'm sure a lot of you have health insurance . I'm trying to find decent insurance without going bankrupt. I currently have my health insurance through NASE, but the cost for just hospitalization just went up to $190 a month. Anybody got anyting better I could check out. x(

Look into your home town Chamber of Commerce. I believe if you become a member of your C.O.C., you are eligible to purchase their Health Plan that is available to small business's, which you would qualify for. Joining a C.O.C. also has additional benefits. Also check with the company you are leased on with & see what the rates are like there. Hope this helps. Drive Safe!

I do not know where your home is, but people tell me that the Health Alliance Plan in Southeastern Michigan has reasonable rates.

I don!t know your age but $190 per month sounds pretty good to me. You could try the Owner Operator Independent Drivers Association (OOIDA) 1-800-444-5791 or another oufit similar to NASE is AFS,Americans for Financial Security,1-800-492-1016.I have Insurance on myself through them. My cost is $225 per month with a $3,000 deductible.They have a good drug plan and give the usual discounts on Dental and Eyeglasses. We used to be with Atena on a HMO which gave great coverage but the premiums just got too high. Good luck,if you come across something good and reasonable let us know.
