Canada Hazmat ferry @ Windsor?

Has anyone ever used the ferry? What are the hassels? What are the problems?

First; the ferry only runs a few trips a day.
Secondly; you need an appointment
Thirdly; It might be more expensive than the Bridge.
Fourthly: It might take longer to clear Customs
Fifthly: I understand it only runs Monday to Friday.

Yes. Otherwise you have to cross in Sarnia.

Sorry; since you were asking about the hassles; I didn't add to my message that most Haz-Mat loads cross at Port Huron-Sarnia.
