Why does diesel have so much air when pumping it. I look into my tanks after pumping 100 - 150 gallons and cannot do a very good job topping the tanks off cause of all of the foam.

If I top off at 3/4 quarters I can actually see liquid inside and not foam, waiting for the foam to settle takes to long, tried pumping on the slowest setting still does not seem to help.

slow down on your pumping speed and you'll not have as much trouble topping off your tanks, slower the speed less foam
