I have 2 friends that drive for Panther in vans. They are not rookies, been out there for years now. Now they tell me 800 miles a week over a month is what they have been getting. Panther orientation tells the new drivers it takes 1500 miles a week to make it. I found out when I was a o/o driving for 1 company that 800 miles a week just sucks. When I added a 2nd company things changed for the better. I never got much sleep with 2 companies, but I had some dollars to spend.
