Our sincere thanks to Jon Mosier of Freightliner of Knoxville. We picked up our new 2006 Sterling Accterra 960 Crusier on July 27th. WOW! We were impressed! Jon runs a very smooth operation from the first phone call to driving out of the lot with a full tank of fuel, both of them. (Our last truck barely made it to the Detroiter.) What a professional!
Oh,! we like the truck too. It rode smooth, everything was placed so it was driver friendly. The upgraded seats are plush and comfy. And the radio kicks butt, not to mention that it's satellite compatible.
The sleeper is roomy and layed out to give its occupants the most amount of moving aaround space. That means Tod can help cook! We have the newly styled sleeper with the vinyl covered aluminum framed cabinets with wood doors. The vinyl color/stain combination looks great. When the covers are off the windows it has an RV feel.
I think we're ready to roll!
PS
We got a sneak peek at the 960 Cruiser to be displayed at The Expo and it's pretty sharp. Tod is already on the phone to Bentz trying to order the accessories (copy cat). Check it out if you can.
