Former drivers

If ur a former driver, but still read these threads, if u can, tell why u no longer drive . ex, did not like it,,health reasons,retired from driving, tired of being out and so on.

I retired a little more than a year ago. The main reason was pressure from my family. Business was really bad and it was real hard to justify being gone all the time incuring expenses for very little or no income. I dragged my feet but my wife and daughter kept at it until I gave in. I work part time delivering paint and body supplies for a small distributor in western Michigan so I still drive a good bit.

Maybe the question to ask is, "Do you miss it?", and yes I do. I still look at trucks and vans at every opportunity and I don't really fit in with the normal folk. Perhaps ... Just maybe, I'll return to it yet.
