I just reread some of the stuff about the courts striking down the HOS. well the FMCSA has three monts to do what they are going to do, I had a thought, what if all they do is throw out the 34 hr reset, as expediters we sit a lot more than the truckload or ltl groups at least until they cannot reset their hours, while I do use the reset occasionally if they leave the 11 hr, alone all of a sudden we might have a whole lot more freight than we had before, while I am hoping for the sake of all concerned that the hours stay the same there is a few senerios that will all of a sudden create much more work for us and for once we would really be in the drivers seat as far as rates go. that would be the time for all to say no to CHEAP freigh
