Driver unloads in Houston this morning, I already had a load lined up from Houston to WV then WV - Cleveland (home base) Well turns out load from Houston is in fact leaving from Freeport (3 hours south of there) So I'm adding 6 hours of time and about 40 miles to this trip. So I'm now making about 85 cents a mile and I'm losing out on my WV to Cleveland load so thats another $350 lost. I ::hate:: brokers. I didn't personally sign this contract and the person who did didn't bother to read that the load was leaving from Freeport, that is technically our fault but the broker said it was leaving from Houston. Still sucks either way :-(
