Hi Peachy - It's called "partnership for success" and it works like this:

Rules apply to Team Tractors and 22’-24’ Straight trucks only!!!!
1. Maximum monthly payout will be $1,500 per month.
2. Loaded team miles must equal at lease 7,000 per month. If less than 7,000 miles then the month is skipped and the payment continues next month until six months are achieved. Single loaded miles must be no less than 5,000 per month.
3. Driver must meet all continuing safety requirements throughout the payment period. If the driver is released or voluntarily leaves the payment incentive immediately discontinues. If the driver terminates in the middle of a month there will be no partial payments.
4. Driver must show evidence of their truck payment
5. Payments for teams will be made for a period of 6 months, payments for single ST drivers will be made for 3 months. No payments will be made for single tractor drivers.
6. If a team truck ever runs as a single during the month then the payment month will be skipped, unless given permission by carrier.
7. Payments will start 30 days after the next truck payment due date from the drivers hire date and be disbursed the first settlement period of the month thereafter. Example next payment due Nov 28, our first payment would be with first settlement in January, and carry on as such.
8. If they have no payments then: 2003– newer = $1,500.00 2002=$1000.00 2001-2000= 750.00
