There are times being the Capt or Lead driver you got to make decisions both favorable and unfavorable. Looking at the big pic vice the having blinders on and seeing only whats in front. There will always be those that will disagree with your decisions. But follow through I will. Those that do may not see the big pic. Explaining to them over and over doesnt always sink in as they have blinders on. Best to let them go about there way, wish them well in their endevers then give ones self a headache as they wont listen. Cant always hold out and cherrie pick for the big loads. You got to take some of the little ones as well. There are those here now that will argue that fact. All loads great and small are important.
