Listening to a rebroadcast of Landline Now John Osborne, the driver of the OOIDA truck, spoke of an encounter with CARB in Livingston, Ca.
From his brief report one could infer they busted at least one TT.
He said he had to show the paperwork that allows his truck to do 1000 miles only in Ca this year.
I believe he'll be in El Paso this week.
If anyone runs across him it'd be good to interview him and report back.
How much enforcement did he see ? Did they check him or did he seek them out ?
What did he learn in his interaction that would be of interest us ?
He generally is at TA/Petro. Parked in front or near fuel island. Big OOIDA trl.
