Custom Critical Has 2 Dispatch Departments

I recently talked to a driver who worked for a small carrier that was leased to Custom Critical. This small carrier and this driver were able to bid on load boards. The driver told me he could see Custom Critical loads on these boards and even when he was close by to the pick up, never got a call from CC for these loads. he called CC and asked what was going on, and he was told CC's Outsourcing Dept and Dispatch (the one we all know) was synced together yet completely.

Another curious thing, this driver who hasn't been driving for CC very long has gotten some sweet loads that didn't transfer. example-SC to NM, NC to Louisiana, PA to ND, all within just over a month. Coincidence in an effort to impress the new driver? I have no idea.

You can also bet none of the people in upper management took a pay cut. They may have even got a pay raise. What else could they be doing with all that money?
