Craziest thing you've ever seen/done on the road. (Working or not)

Something one of my Sergeants in search and rescue told me is that everyone will have that 'one' experience that will stand out in their head forever. Because it was dangerous, because it was intense, or just because it was odd. Some people even have a few of em. So to keep it simple the question being,

what's yours?

Memorable loads: Driving my cube van all alone on 24 in Ohio at night during really bad Tornado weather. Driving thru whiteout conditions at night in northern Minnesota on way to Manitoba.
Marathon loads without sleep: Laredo to Toronto. Michigan to Conneticut and back because of shipper screw up.
Near death load: Distracted driver rammed my van from behind on freeway and caused me to veer off road and rollover 4 times down an embankment. Landed on my wheels and walked away without a scratch because of seatbelt.

Silly Toronto things: Having to hop a cargo van onto a tram track to clear the way for an ambulance because cars to the right could not be bothered to leave it a gap or me a gap to move over the correct way.

Craziest "run": Niagara to Peterborough to Niagara to Indianapolis within 36hrs or Niagara->Pittsburgh-Cincinatti->Pittsburgh->Philadelphia->Pittsburgh->Niagara in 48. (Ive only done GTA area delivery thus far otherwise)

Can't believe the stupid: Driving transport moving hazmat with a police escort and someone passed an escort car on the shoulder and expected to get away with it.

How am I still alive: Driving cargo van and a lugnut came off a semi in front of me and went through the windshield like a 50bmg (it was already damaged and had been reported by me and another driver several times, but, not my car, hence going O/O). Missed me by about 6" and went through the gap between the seats and hit the flowers in the cargo hold. Boss had the audacity to suggest I finish the run (another 6-8hrs of driving).
