I got to make a run, this past week, with the latest version of CoPilot Truck, and I must say that ALK has made some good changes and updates.
If you are a user of version 4 and are hesitant to get the upgrade, don't be. I plugged in my personal "default" settings before I took off and it worked great. This weekend I'm going to do some fine tuning on those settings.
One feature I really like is each road or highway on the screen, when in the 3-D view, has an indicator that shows the number or name of the road. Turn indicators on the 3-D map are much easier to follow and the distance to turn is also shown on the 3-D map.
Also, you can have multiple "profiles" as far as the settings for roads to use or avoid and they can be saved and then accessed by a dropdown menu.
Anyone else using CoPilot Truck 9 yet???
