Just thought I would give the staff at CIS a thumbs up. I Had to swich insurance companies I was happy with C.I.S., but I needed special policy coverages for a customer that they couldn't provide had to do with New York State regs go figure New York State.
So I got a call from C.I.S. telling me my federal docs needing filing so I called my new agent abbout it and she was not sure abbout what filings with D.O.T., F.M.C.S.A. and federal authority she only worked with intrastate local guys.
When she asked me abbout the specific forms I told her what CIS told me and gave her the number to call C.I.S. if she had questions I told her they were good people there. When I was on the phone with C.I.S. my new agent also called and they helped her with no problem I guess they even faxed the forms she needed.
Now that is not just good business, thats class.
