Chess or go anyone?

Physical health is fantastic if you can keep up an exercise regime while on the road. I recommend Plant Fitness and the healthier portions of the grocery store. Over-night loads are just easier if your fit, and carrying a jumprope to use if falling too far asleep while driving works out much better for me than coffee. Its hard to fall asleep with an increased heart rate- and this also helps create a second wind (like the sunrise)
Keeping sane while waiting for dispatch is my challenge. To this end I use the fabulous games of chess and go. Hours of entertainment and you can also pretend it makes you smarter (no, just better at the games)
If anyone wants to play I can be found on chess.com as retsiemxela, or OGS (online go server) as KappaX. I'd love to get pummelled by fellow expediters.
Healthy body healthy mind maybe. Please introduce yourselves.

Shouldn't have said instead. I think drink two full presses a day on average. It's just not something I try to use to stay awake because of 0400 coffee gut.

Staying healthy while traveling is key. Regular exercise, like using a jump rope, keeps me energized during long drives. When it comes to staying sharp mentally, I enjoy playing chess online—it's challenging and fun. Another game I like is Sudoku; it helps me relax and stay focused. Give these a try next time you're on the road!

That's an insight few people grasp. Practice in one domain does not always carry over into others. Nice call.
