I am interested in creating a database of all toll roads in the 48 states for calculation purposes.
I 've already found a couple states(i.e. OH, PA) that have toll road calculators; unfortunately, I am having difficulty locating others.
If I bid on a load, I need to know how to calculate what the toll cost will be from point of pick up to ultimate destination.
