Never seen a U S Cargo Van that was 4500kgs in weight.........or have I? ;)

You might not see a van that heavy. By the time the payload reaches 3,000 lbs, the shippers/dispatchers start getting away from the vans and looking towards straight rigs. The weight/volume tends to exclude vans past about 3500 lbs or so.

it is usually in reference to a cube van....that is why them yellow Penske fellas don't go to Canada....

In 13 years..I can still count on 1 hand the number of shippers that were concerned about the weight they tried to put on me.....

They have the same thinking as the USPS...If it fits, it ships....LOL
