BOLT,Any opinions?

I'm currently leased to another carrier,and am VERY unhappy with the in house politics. I'm a worker,not a politician!
I like the sysyem my current carrier has,but i don't like that everyone has the authority to screw you when they feel they want to and everyone else in house backs them up.
I'm basically looking for a company that is honest and treats you with respect.

I have heard alot of good about BOLT,and a little bad.Can anyone tell me of their experiences.
I drive a D unit,solo driver,live in western PA. and want to stay out as long as im running good,time out is not an issue.

If you do a search on Bolt you'll find many discussions of them including the one about 10 threads below this one. They seem to be a good company. Read back in the general, newbies and recruiter forums and you'll find your answers.

In whice comapny you are now if is not a secret ? we have to know to not do the same misteke going in your company .

I'm hesitant to tell you who I'm leased to as I know for a fact that company higher ups make a habit of monitoring this site and the threads posted here, I guess retaliation for telling their dirty little secrets would not be out of the question.

As I stated earlier, I'm not trying to step on anyones toes,I just want a fair shake. I know things are tough out here,and we're coming out of a bad season. I just wish my company was up front with me as I have no tollerence of respect for ANYONE who feels the need to lie,and do dirt work.

I will kick around giving up my carriers name,but for now i cannot divulge that information.
