I put Air-Tabs on my box truck today(Hino D Unit). I followed the instructions they give you, and used there "Alignment Jigs". The jig is crap, so I decided to align them by hand. It's funny that the side I installed using their special jig is all crooked but the side did by hand is straight, go figure.
I live in Riverside, CA and drove through Norco toady and the wind was kicking pretty good on the freeway, however the truck seemed more stable than before. Maybe they actually work.
I'll let you know if I see any improvement in fuel mileage, I get mostly
8.5 to 9, more on the 8.5 side.
I'll post again when I get a chance to do a long run where I can check the mpg,s and again when I get my fuel statement for March.
