just thought I would let everybody know that Operation Corridor has begun in Ontario from Windsor to the Quebec Boundary here in Ontario. The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP),RCMP (Mounties), MTO, and the smog cops have all banded together for a 2 day blitz on the 401.They have placed 200 officers the whole length of the 401. They will be looking for aggresive driving, speeding, Log violations, vehicle condition violations and smog violations. This is not targeted specifically at truckers but everyone on the 401. Anyone who has driven the 401 lately knows about driving habits exhibited there, especially around T.O. (Toronto). So be safe, watch your speed and have your book up to date. Take care everyone.
