i pay my driver 60/40 his choice,but i give him 100% of everything but the paid loaded miles.the only thing he pays for is the workmans comp. unless of course he takes the 60% and then he pays for the fuel but then he gets 100% of fsc. i pay all maintance and anything else thats for my truck...

hobo dont feel bad for what you did that owner must be nuts if he thinks he could keep anybody out in his van with out a nice place to lay their head. the other owner is very fair with his offer that sound great.good luck and stay warm this winter,see ya
