Well after my 6 th Rand 700/710 which just quit working after only 3 weeks, I now believe they are junk and a rip off. When you send your unit back to Rand they do not send you a new one and they do not fix yours, they send you a unit that someone else returned and they claim to have fixed...

How long ago did you sign the contract ??? the contracts are only good for 2 years, so if your contract is or was expired they can tell you to sign a new one with the changes they want or you can go to another phone company

Well you could start your own company and bring on drivers and provide QC for the drivers if you think you can do it any better than the big companies thats whats called competition instead of being here griping about it everyday and with that I will leave this thread to all you gripers...
