    I see Tennessee is tied for #7. Tennessee has zero state income tax. The single paragraph article cites health, safely and pollution as being areas where Tennessee blows chunks. Maybe where I'm at isn't so bad. We pay a little, but we get more than a little in return.

    Is my interpretation correct? A driver leaves out on Monday evening and returns home Friday morning. He's out for 3 full days and 2 partial days. Does he get to claim 5 days per diem?
