    Yea, threw me right off. I unplugged the pedal with keyon, plug back in and performed pedal calibration and it worked like a charm.

    Assuming you have air brakes, Check the service air brake vavle switch at the rear axle. 2 wire harness going to the switch. Look for corroded wire or damaged pins. If the wires and pins are ok then unplug the switch, jump the two pins and go for a ride. Had a customer with those same symptoms...

    Sounds like it needs to be plugged in to Allison doc, if you get a code I could help alot more. Certain codes will activate range inhibitor and lock the Gear the fault was set in. What sensors were changed and why? I'm assuming nothing internal

    Could you still use a 2006 sprinter?

    Anything can be used still, just be prepared to dish out some cash for repairs, buying at 375 give you plenty of room to spend on repairing it. 2006 should not have dpf, so you have that going for you. Worst case sonario you scrap it and get your 375 back
