    February 2010 Location

TJP You might consider moving to Abilene from Waco. There is a warehouse there that houses parts for most of the south central part of the country for wind turbines. They move a lot of freight.

Mike, are you an expediter along with the other things you do? I have been doing expediting for 6 years total. I did live near interlochen, but now live in Texas. However, I am visiting my sons in T.C., and plan on moving back to T.C. very soon. I have picked up freight here in T.C. several...

White House backpedaling on Mexican trucks

In an article by Jerome Corsi on World Net Daily, the President wants to now reinstate permission for Mexican trucks to drive across the USA. This would be a flip-flop from his rhetoric during the presidential campaign. You can read the article on World Net Daily[WND].

    Another Brilliant Panther Move

After reading the replies to this thread, I found myself wondering why all the negative replies to the original post were from fleet owners, and most of the positive replies came from one vehicle o/o's. Could it be the fleet owners get preference with load offers?

let the attack on panther begin

I agree with your assessment Leo. I have been with Roberts Express when it became FXCC. Emery Expedite, Bolt, and Panther are the other companies I have been associated with, both as an O/O and a driver for O/O's. All of them operate to make a profit for the company and to retain their customer...

    West Coast expediting

I lived in Phoenix for a year & one-half, and drove a D-unit for an O\O, who lived there. I stayed busy the whole winter of 2000-2001, while there. There is an untapped market in that area for expediting with such freight as jet engines, both for small commuter type jets and helicopters...
