    Mileage vs Percentage

If you are getting 1.40 per mile or more that's good. If you are getting 60 percent of 1.40 per mile. Your better off working in a warehouse loading an unloading trucks when you figure out your monthly expenses.

    Mileage vs Percentage

Milage is the best. That way you alwsys know what the load is paying. I pay my van drivers .80 per loaded miles. They also get all detention pay if there is any. For example 800 mile run loaded at .80 per mile pays you $640 in your back pocket 756 miles pays you 604.80 I would never take a load...

    Paying your driver

What does your van make per mile. Also who pays for fuel an tolls. My vans make 1.20 per mile. So I pay my driver .80 per mile. Some people think im nuts for paying them that much. At least they know when they get a load how many miles it is an they know how much they will get from me. Also they...

Most of these questions should of been answered by the fleet owner who you are driving for. Best to ask him. The Newer Unreliable Cargo Vans

Never had any problems with any of my ford transit. All 3 are t350. Replace all tires at 191,000 miles. Never had any problems what so ever. The vehicles will last a long time if you stay up on the maintenance, an don't drive it like you stole it.

Possibly Starting My New Expediting Journey Next Week...

I pay my 2 van drivers .80 per mile in a van. An they are responsible for fuel as well as tolls. I cover all repairs. No complaints from them, except waiting for the next load. The van makes 1.20 loaded per mile. If you have to pay for fuel .60 or better is good. An no I am not looking for a...

New O/O need cargo van friendly loadboards

Your best bet is to go out an drive for yourself an learn the business. Stay out for 25 days an come home for 5. Then go out for another 25 days an come home for 5.
