Does anyone know where I can find a trustworthy driver for my sprinter van? I'm currently thinking about getting my CDL and switch to tractor trailers. Any info would be great.
I googled CIS and called them, girl picked up phone and said they don't do commercial insurance it's the other CIS company and which other company I couldn't find out...
I'm a currently with progressive, paying $7,600 annually. I think that's way too high...does anybody have a possibly cheaper insurance agency in mind? Would really appreciate any info.
Seems like these various load boards out there will not do me any good. Gonna have to just stick to my brokers and cold call big companies for overflow...
I'm staying fairly busy now with the brokers I'm working with its just that I want to expand my business, possibly get more sprinters. That's why having an access to a load board would be paramount to me.
Well I just got my MC certified several days so that's working against me since I really don't have any history. My status seems ok I guess. Sounds like I'm better off to hand out my business cards to shippers and hope someone calls me back.
Forgot to mention, I currently work with several brokers. The reason why I want to use a load board is because I want to actually see beforehand where the loads are going and how many etc...
