I would wait until MB solve the emission thing. The thing that scares me about the Sprinter that new emission(teir2) standard are coming out in 2007 and the Sprinter is barely making the current standard.

I just fill up TDI yesterday for $2.10 a gallon, Today they just raised diesel to $2.29 a gallon. At this rate I'm going have to make own bio-diesel for a $0.82 a gallon

The new 6.0 Powerstroke has not been a reliable engine since it's introduction. It seems like they reflash the everyother month. The latest recall is for torqueshit transmission.

That stuff they call a hotdog at Pilot is nasty compare to Portillo' s hotdog. Portillo's uses Vinnea hotdogs which is %100 all beef hotdog. I would try out their beef and chedder crosiant sandwhich made with Italian beef. Over here in Mn they try sell Chicago style without using Vinnea beef...

I'm looking at 2003 Sprinter with a 120,000 miles for about $20k and I can get new 2004 for about $32,000. Is the new one worth $12,000 differnce? Thanks guys.

I just looked at used 2002 Sprinter today, I don't if my butt going to last 100 miles on those seats. Talking about thin padding on seats, I think my folding chairs have more padding. I notice that new 2004 Sprinters have better padding.

One reason Ford is not importing the Transit is that in cannot run on our dirty diesel, until we get ULSD fuel in 2007 were not going the best of diesel technolgy. Also remember that light duty trucks have tougher emissions standard to meet.

I have read some post comparing Sprinter to the domestic vans, but never a direct comparison to E350/6.0 Powerstroke. Since I'm wannabe here what I found so far. The sprinter has great gas mileage, but is short hp and torque. It's been Europe for almost ten years. The thing that bothers me...

Since I fall into expediter wannabe, here are something I'm need researching. How much starting captial do I need? Van Vs. Straight struck? Pro and cons? Where is the best place to be base at? Taxes?? family life? Rate per mile? How long I'm away from home? Average loaded mile per month...

So is this like a tunning box? like what they do on VW Tdi. Is it increasing psi in the turbo or just puttting more fuel into the injectors? Are their check engine light issues?
