I agree totally with you guys. I have 3 straights on with my carrier and we do the same. I don't look at it as a bonus either. We look at the offer and negotiate

40 percent of the net. i pay fuel,tolls and everything else. Not sure what you would expect,most drivers do not want to pay fuel. 40% of 6000 a week seems pretty fair to them

Just curious if the recruiter was miki, i talked to her few months ago and was going to ad a truck. She never called back so I said ok i can just go elsewhere. Certainly glad I did. The carriers that do this stuff do not last long, they will end up on in bad shape eventually. Good Luck

good luck with that, I haven't been able to find one. I know of a couple carriers that do. i have one leased on to my carrier. I also need another truck for loads that's been brokered to me but can't find anyone willing to partner.
