Ultrashift in a 2007 International with a Cummins. Everytime its cold in the mornings it won't shift out of 3rd gear and the air also drops. Shut off truck, wait for air to drop, start it back up, air it up and it runs and shifts just fine. Anybody have any ideas on what would cause this? No...
