I have found that if you call it in,even without proof etc,that some company"s will note it.Then when the next 3 or 4 calls happen on the same unit,they get the idea that there is a problem.Other then saying that you should call it in alll other id bs on this thread

Those rubber mounts are available at speed shops and even regular auto patrs stores,use lock tite or lock nuts on quality bolts.Hoe about a side mount tool box big enough to mount it in side?,not as cheap,but might be a idea

Yes what you descibed could be a early bearing problem.When I had the 04 aro cell the assy which is the hub,bearings seals ABS sensor studs is one unit,coat about $400 for my dualy just for the part,plus brake mounting bolts which almost always strip comming out.
